Pastoral Care & Counseling Ministry

1 Corinthians 1:3-4 "3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

The Pastoral Care & Counseling Ministry at CCM seeks to provide both counseling and spiritual support to individuals, couples, families and groups that may be dealing with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and spiritual issues which are impacting their quality of life.

Pastor Lance is a licensed marital and family therapist in Oklahoma with over 20 years of experience working with youth, individuals, couples, and families. He has provided counseling to individuals with various concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting problems, autism spectrum disorder, anger management, substance abuse, and ADHD. He has also supported couples through premarital/marital counseling and athletes through performance enhancement techniques. He leads a group of pastoral counselors that are equipped and anointed to provide support to those in need through clinically proven methods of counseling combined with a spiritual emphasis to minister to the whole person.

Our pastoral counselors are all ordained ministers with an educational background in the field of counseling or psychotherapy. They are equipped to provide marital and premarital counseling, grief and bereavement counseling, as well as a ministry of presence for those in need. If you or anyone you know may benefit from this ministry please reach out to Pastor Lance at compassionatechurchministries@gmail.com or by phone at 405-254-5011.
