Pastor Lance Smith

Senior Pastor

A passionate follower of Christ, Pastor Lance has been a servant of God and the community both professionally and spiritually. He is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a masters degree in Marital & Family Therapy, and also possesses a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. He will complete a Doctor of Ministry degree from Liberty in the Spring of 2023. A gifted preacher, teacher, and counselor, Pastor Lance points others to Christ in a way that brings understanding, hope, and encouragement during some of the most challenging times of life.

First Lady Raeana Smith

Co-Founder/Elder

Raeana was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Ok and is a graduate of John Marshall High School. She has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's degree in Wellness and Health, both from the University of Central Oklahoma. She currently works as a charter school teacher for students from pre-k through the 12 grade throughout Oklahoma County. Raeana has served the Lord as a youth & teen mentor, nursery worker, health and wellness leader. It is her heart’s desire to pour into the ministry of CCM via two avenues. By way of health & fitness: sharing her education skills and abilities to help others live a healthier life and also by ministering to the needs of families with special needs children, specifically autism through support groups and other activities.

Rev. Regina Wiggins

Elder/Pastoral Assistant

Rev. Gina is an ordained minster who has been serving God and her community in the ministry for over 30 years. She is a Church Elder, Pastoral Assistant, compassionate care team leader, and brings the word of God whenever called upon to do so. Rev. Gina also serves as an assistant minister for Grace OKC and a chaplain at Pollard Funeral Home.

Dana Ganschow

Children's Ministry Leader

Dana is our Children’s Ministry Leader at Compassionate Church Ministries. She has over 20 years of experience in children’s ministry. Dana has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & Health Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. Outside of her service at CCM she works for Jasco Products and has worked with youth as well as adults in Sports Management for 25 + years.
